Folks there is not even one person who is perfect ....and that includes even some Popes. Currently reading a well documented book entitled "The Book No Pope Would Want You To Read" Back in the 15th Century Pope John XXIII was exposed by no less than 37 witnesses as a thief, liar, adulterer , murderer , and fornicator . Supposedly he banged over 300 nuns and kept a personal harem of 200 Sex-slaves. and was also guitly of sodomy incest and other unnatural offenses. I think everyone on this site is a Saint compared to that pope!
Under normal circumstances, LE would be careful not to engage in wrongful arrest out of fear of being sued for civil rights violations. However, all bets are off when it comes to guys engaged in hobbying. LE pretty much has free reign to do whatever they want because they know that guys who are wrongfully detained and arrested aren't going to sue because of family considerations, employment and, generally, the adverse publicity. So, while an arrest while being in a spa getting just a massage may not lead to a conviction, for the cops it's a win just to break your balls, drag your butt into court and make a nice announcement in your local patch. It also serves as a deterrent. Hence, this very thread.

Most cases get pled down if anything at all. But you name is in paper, they embarrass you as much as they can, you may lose your licenses if in finance field etc.
So does it make if you get acquitted.
Plus if the Cops know the place has extras going on then they can arrest you for intent to solicit just by walking in a known house of prostitution. They catch you in room for sure they will arrest you with soliciting a prostitute.

Do you realize all the money and property confiscated by the various police departments at the raided Spas? Much easier then going into the Project Houses trying to arrest Drug Dealers where they risk being shot and killed. So much for worry and concern about the Opiod Drug Crisis that is sweeping America!
