Why would anyone go there? expensive HJ. The massages arent even great.

They made their business for years off the midtown business center. The times I’ve been there, it was some scene in the locker room. You would always run into another monger there. Their business model is the steady business clientele. It worked because you entered a regular office building and veered off to the side upon entering. You didn’t even have to deal with the door staff. I remember one day some dude in a Duke sweatshirt playing and swinging a putter in the locker room he just bought. That is the average client. Their typical worker is always mid 30s type. It attracts the Darien type crowd. Once things fully reopen, things will be back up to volume there.
