Due to the new NYC regulation, our closing time has been adjusted to 10 pm. In addition, please make appointments in advance as much as possible, as we are complying with the rules limiting ourself to 10 or less people inside our establishment at one time.

Yes because the smartest voters are in the midwest where there's absolutely no COVID surge; everything's contained and businesses are fully opened with no issue.

Kind of ironic that one of these places is willing to adhere to the new hours but plenty of the regular eateries throughout the city will ignore them.

Did you read the mandate? It is a 10pm curfew for any place with a liquor license and gyms. The 10 person limit is for Private gatherings. According to Il Duce these are the super spreaders. I don't think this affects AMPs at all.
The issue is the whole flatten the curve was to not over load hospitals. Which NY is not. Also looking at the data deaths are not rising proportionally with new cases. But clickbait news is there to creat panic
