Anyone have any tips for NYAW verification? They seem to be radio silent after texting both numbers. I have multiple references but I am better off calling or text or any advice would be appreciated

I never had their WeChat, I texted on first time, got a reply within 5 minutes, called when I arrived and they picked up immediately. Never texted them any info.
