Do you mean taking a amp worker to a hotel off the clock , or going out on a date. Both of these have been done plenty of times before. I have one I am dating, if you do date one don't get too involved and keep your feelings in check. I will say this the sex is way different and better at a hotel or one of your homes than at a amp.

Never met an AMP girl outside of an AMP but I have dealt with escort agencies and usually one of their main rules is no contact with the girls outside of the scheduled place or asking for phone numbers etc or they will ban you. I think its mainly because they are losing out on their cut of money. MMS might not like the idea of losing money either.
