Yep, it was the owner. Just so happened to hit up an AMP in FL that was part of an ongoing g investigation that involved all kinds of agencies (Local LE, IRS, FBI...).
I think targeted amps in 4-counties. had them under survelence both inside and out.
The police chief issued a warning to area residents saying that they knew the identities of over 170 men that received illegal services from these locations, including video evidence of these acts being done.
Told these men to turn themselves into the police, or they were coming to come knocking on their front door.
In one instance, the authorities faked a bomb threat to clear the strip mall that one of the AMPs was in, and while everyone was out of the building, they installed hidden survelence cameras throughout the parlor.
If this sounds scary... it's because it is.
