Good thoughts... So honestly sometimes you just want a nice massage and a very nice HE if the girl knows you and how you like it. Nothing like lying there and not worrying about a thing. No effort on your part. Can be very rewarding.
FS - well that's a double edge sword. You can have a great time hitting it hard or a lame time with someone that just couldn't care less. At that point Id rather do the R&T any day. All in who/where you know to go to.

Due to med issues, I prefer (and can only do) the massage with the HE. If the gal is a little of the GFE type during the session, that's fine too... Problem with the FS is the stopping to put on the condom, which can take some ladies up to a minute if not more, then it's over for me, unfortunately. I asked the doc for the pill, but due to other meds I'm taking, I have to settle for the HE.

Obviously, FS is better but there is always the possibility of an STD. Also, the price is significantly higher unless you go to a low rent place where the service is, more often than not, lacking: poor hygiene, disinterested providers, unattractive providers, etc. For these reasons, I usually stick to HE joints and only rarely splurge on the mid-range FS places.

For R&T, not so much. Not saying I will go to a grandma for R&T or anything like that.
But women in their late 30s or early 40s for R&T I can deal with.
