just be careful. its a 50/50 shot on if they just need action or they want the emotional crap too. best way is to lay it out from the get go before you do anything. and as said short stay is good as is some car play parked in a busy lot or mall etc. and that is best with a SUV or something with room and tint on the glass
When i did it in the car, I would finda large parking lot with big puddles of sitting water and park in the middle of the water. Figured nobody would bother walking through a puddle to bug us. If i was going to do a car today, I would go find a corner in an empty parking lot, maybe next to a dumpster. On the one hand you have very little cover, but why would anyone bother you.

Start developing your cover stories - you're going to need a bunch of them. Is this woman a smoke show babe? Or a plain Jane who's ignored at home? Hot babe will take more stealth to spirit around town unnoticed. If extreme horniness is the reason for the hookups anywhere will do - the car, behind the tree, parking lots, etc. Save the motels for babes.
Back corner of a parking lot is a terrible idea. Think like a cop — you see an out of place car in the back corner of the lot by a dumpster it automatically raises suspicion. Instead, try to find a parking lot where there are a lot of cars expected to be there or random cars aren’t considered out of place — like mid day in a park and ride lot, or in a hotel lot. Don’t be stupid and appear out of place.
Back when I was relatively young in my early twenties and both my girlfriend and I were each living with our parents, we had nowhere to go. We spent a lot of time in Long Island so after our dinner/movie date any day of the week we had this spot in a small but somewhat nice town. It was a small office building open 9-5 where the front faces the street, but the back had all the parking with ZERO lighting. So 10pm or so I used to go to town on her in the backseat both of us fully naked without a care in the world. We probably did that 50 times and not once did anyone ever go back there to bother us and never any patrol cars either.(maybe cause it was a low crime area?) There could have been cameras on the outside of the building but we were inside the pitch black car in the pitch black parking lot….absolute perfect spot in the world. The dark element was important since I had a sedan with no tint on any of the windows. If that same parking lot had bright lights on and anybody went back there, it would be much easier for someone (or a security camera) to see my bare ass nailing the shit out of her! I never needed a spot in Jersey but if you look around enough there are probably similar setups to what I described.
I don't disagree with you, but I think most cops would just move on and not see what was to be seen if you are discreet about it. You are less likely to have someone look in on you if you do it in a crowded lot, and i don't think they will move on because you are being an asshole by doing it where everyone can watch.
Someone mentioned Vince Lombardi Park and Ride. I think that is a great place from 11:00 am until about 3 pm because nobody is there. Long term parking at the airport is also probably a good spot.

When a quick place is needed, I have used parking garages with some solid success. Go up to a higher floor without much activity. If you can park next to a wall that's even better. Actually met up with a provider who only did car dates and she had this system down. Mall Parking garages. She had tinted windows too, so that helps.
