Reliable Massage + HE technique

I am not looking for FS, just a good, hard massage and a good HE.

Sometimes, the provider is hot but the massage is basic or the buildup/HE has no technique. Other times, the massage is great, but the buildup/He is mechanical and without finesse or proper foreplay.

What are some reliable spots in this regard? It can be overwhelming to pick a spot.
Of course, it's great if the provider is hot, but I care more about the massage and HE buildup. Anywhere from midtown through downtown works well.

This ground has been covered so if you do some searching you can probably dig up some gems. And please share if you do as I’m in search of the same thing. For now, NY Health Spa gets my vote. Ming’s can be that quality but is inconsistent. Green spa (I think Linda is the person to see but do the research and you will find the name) is also excellent for this combo. NYHS hasn’t been answering the phone lately though, anyone know if it’s been shut down?

The green spa you are referring to is which one? There are tons of different variants of green spa when I search.

I also don't know what NYHS is and there are multiple health spa's too. If you aren't as familiar with all these spots searching just gets you confused.
