It's 158 Sunbeam but I kinda like the Freudian slip.

I don't think I've been with the unnamed provider you describe but I've had consistently good experiences here. Standard HE, limited menu, and about as good as it gets if you want to stay local. The "$120 special" is a little better IME, but even then it's more $ / less service than what I can find from regular spots in CT or Flushing. Convenience factor is about the only thing these two Greenpoint locations having going for them.
