Mike, 80 all in might have been true several years ago when 80-100 all in was the norm in C-Town. These days 80 all in still applies but only for the much older women, 50-55+, in that area and the rest of C-Town. I would say the norm now has increased to min. 100 all in on up to 120 all in. Most of the new guys are being asked for 120 and are paying it, or even a bit more. Many of the women who I've been going to for years (and who you know) have in fact "officially" increased their rates from 100 to 120 all in -- but I've been grandfathered into the 100 rate -- because I've known them for a long time and because I'm one fucking helluva great guy with a big shlong. Still, I sometimes give them some extra above that, or a nice gift on special occasions, because of the overall increase.
