If I go to a restaurant and when I pay for the meal and the hostess ask "how was your meal* I let them know exactly how it was good or bad. If you give feedback on your next visit it will be the same shitty service. Don't be afraid to speak up.

So sitting at the table in a restaurant in comes a party of 7 or 8. The waiter who was taking care of me immediately runs to that table never to be seen by me again until he dropped my bill. I sat there for 20 minutes with an empty water glass. Never came back to ask "how is your meal". Explained to him at the end and he says I will get you water, little to late dude. Instead of $25 tip he got $10.
