This is what happens when an area has nothing good. The few decent places like this are constantly busy and service will continue to go downhill. Also I for one have no interest in going to a place that's always busy. I prefer to be very discreet and going to a place with a bunch of guys going in and out is not something I wanna deal with.
I like this place and it is 20min from home but.... I have been shorted here several times over the years and I also had appts.I agree with dragon that those w/out appts. should be told to wait or comeback.I'm always told 'we very busy and I will make it up to you next time" but that never happens.I always tip upfront when I pay the fee so I can't w/hold a portion.
Yeah, I tipped upfront this time like I always do here. I wasn't going to try to get it back ... lesson learned. I never had been shorted here before so I always gave the tip upfront. You guys who hold your tip until the end ... wise choice in a situation like this. Business 101 ... exactly! Fee for service. If you made an appointment to have your hair cut at a salon and half way through your haircut another customer walks in, does the beautician just stop cutting your hair and say, "sorry, really busy right now. I'll make it up to you next time" and then dismiss you with half your hair cut! It's just ridiculous. But as we all know, clearly all about the $$, no matter how apologetic they act.
But, in all fairness they know that all they are to us is a POA that we can't get elsewhere to our liking. It is a market driven busoness. If someone wants to drop 500 for two girls or 250 for one, so be it. But when everyone starts saying no to bad service and price gouging, the market and the business will adjust. That, IMHO, is one of the reasons for a site like this. This is a hobbyist site, not an AMP commercial. WE are the customers !!!
alright then, stand up and complain to the mamasan if shorted, ask for discount of full fee if shorted, and tell em up front you want the whole hour. don't accept a girl you didn't book. and ffs guys hold the line at 100, hate it when they upsell. if a session is going lackluster or with minimal effort, don't be afraid to say you are unsatisfied and ask for all your money back - OR - try doing something unexpected to light a fire under their ass
Just for the record, I gave more than 100 and didn't matter. Still shorted. While I see your point Wayne and I agree that the FS tip of 100 is probably low by today's standards, they will still try to squeeze as many of us as possible into that hour when business is booming to increase their profits. IMO, that's wrong. Bad business. Where does it say, 70/hour unless we get busy and then we'll end your session early? It doesn't ... the 'business agreement' is 70 (or 60 or whatever) for 1 hour. PERIOD

I put a comment in on a Nichole thread for Hand Healing (Philly Section), same issues there. It's a tough balance but many of these suburban places are running with only a two girl lineup to counteract the slow times. But there are few good FS choices, so they are getting busy enough to support a third girl in order to give better service. It only benefits everyone; better service means better tips and repeat customers. Which translates into higher volume.

I agree 100%. And I also have been shorted alot recently even though I have been a very regular customer and have always tipped well. But, I really think the problem lies mostly with the mamasans. They call the shots, do the scheduling and are directly responsible to the owners for house income. They are the ones who sell you out to stuff more house fees into the day. It is how they justify their salaries and bonuses. Isolated complaints to them won't change anything, but many complaints and a big drop in volume will. I have noticed that many times when they are busy and I get shorted, the mama does not escort me out the door as she normally does. It is just business for them and the girls are caught in the middle. .
