If you have problems guessing Asian ages just add 5-10 years as a general rule of thumb.

Check under the eyes, and at the crease area when they smile and the hands and neck.

Using that there is no reason you should not be able to guess at least within a 10 year estimate

That's a big house. They probably have 2.5 bath at least. They probably have a shower just for girls. They not showering between clients cause naturally they not going to maybe miss a turn just to be fresh for us. But pretty sure they want to get manstink off them at the end of the day.
