the McDonalds workers giving them free food
the MTA drivers on the next block over flirting with them
and that's just late night, who knows what else goes on in the daytime

I ve never seen that but my hours are very plain,2pm tp 8pm.
And I think the guys you pointed out are not drunk and not fighting or falling on their faces
like the shit that went down at 38th b4 closing down...Although there are a few I ve seen on 38th,but I dont do
any extended walks when the temps are below 32...
