did end up checking this out. two aunties caked in makeup and yes, smelled of cigarettes, especially in their hair. seemed friendly enough but quote for "an hour" is always bs, they rush you so hard. For a bill, you may luck out, but I concur on the location. There's a fat dude on the block that eyes everyone on the street and will glare at you if you are heading that way. The building is full of hipsters that hop in and out of their apartment constantly. No precinct, but its right next to a firehouse and cops are on the block regularly. Poor by fast house standards. Never go for 3P in these places, learned that the hard way.
