So if an hour is 25, I take it 90 mins is 40 or so? As indicated in the original post, I inferred seeing the place referenced on here that more than a massage is available. Innumerable places to get a cheap massage all over the city, but gents here, I take it, are looking for more.

That said, does 90 mins with Wendy go that way?

Or is this too just a massage, nothing else?

If the place is one that builds up on a system of trust I'm all in, as again I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies I saw. But if nothing extra is ever offered, I think that is good to know, too.

What was the review of this place that something happened?

I don't recall a review, but it was a comment that a new poster made a few times prior to the reopening. I had the chance to stop by and do some recon. There was a woman waiting for a massage in the front and everyone was busy. All curtain setup and totally silent. I can't envision a ton of activity. I haven't heard anyone complain about the massage, so it may be a good option for relaxing sore muscles.
