That's exactly right, she squeezed him in. She did not do him any favors by squeezing him in and charging full price+ for sub standard service. Unfortunately just about all providers at all spas do the same thing. I get it, maximize profit even at the cost of service. She should of either told him no or at least told the truth: very busy, will try my best but cannot promise satisfaction on such short notice.

Id have preferred to be told “no” if so. I’ve definitely been “squeezed in” and still had good service. It’s not like I just showed up.
