Oh well, they are short handed with only 3 providers until Tina gets back. Sunny runs this place often from remote locations and cannot control the number of walkins. Are you guys so important that you cannot roll with a few punches? I guess if you want the best service in South Jersey you just need to be a little more flexible.

A 30 minute wait is not outrageous. Get the girls number so you can schedule with her directly too. If you are that good of a customer you will have no problem. I was early for my my appointment today and it was no problem. My provider answered the door after she said it was ok.

I have had to roll with the punches too. Sometimes I am on my way and get a call to delay my appointment 30 minutes to an hour. It does not take a lot of work to develop a relationship with a spa or provider. This may be the busiest spa in south Jersey. I will admit that for the last year I am much more flexible.

Looks like Sunny is up to her old tricks. I thought I had a great rapport with Happy when she managed for Sue, & even Sunny? However, even after making appts. & driving 90 mins. to see a particular lady, I got B&S'd by both ladies, & often. Between the roundtrip & hanging around for a walk-in to finish the deed, my window of opportunity narrowed quite abit. Appts. should be honored, & its the walk-ins who should have to wait, or have their sessions shortened, not the one who took the time to make an appt.

Dude when you drive 30 plus mins have an appointment and have other business that doesn't give you leeway to waste 30 an additional mins it just sucks. PS... A regular there for many many years...

Perhaps rethink setting up your appointments when you have more time for pleasure. Appointments can be scheduled in advance just like other life and business appointments are. No need to squeeze them into an unrealistic time slot. The key is to plan ahead. Have fun guys.

Just a thought. Vote with your feet. It’s amazing what happens to businesses when customers stop dealing with bad service. They either improve or go out of business. Stop patronizing this place if the BS bothers you. Not everyone has discretionary time. The business needs to respect customers the same as customers need to respect the business.

Bad owners who only want immediate money do this. 422 Madison Spa in manhattan used to do this. I would make an appointment for 12, show up at 1150 and get told come back in an hour. I say why she said you’re late, I said I’m early . Someone walked in about 2 minutes before me. J came back because ethe girl was so hot. But total bullshit. She used to get gems and drive them away by yelling at them, demanding they leave their phones with her for fear of them taking customers numbers. Well the girl can give them their numbers. So the hotties would never stick around longer than 2 months unless they really needed the money.

I don't think I've heard anything positive about Sunny's management at 465 honestly. I'm surprised she hasn't been replaced yet based on the amount of negative feedback I've heard about her.

Well have any of you taken the time to get to know Sunny. She treats me well and most of the girls really like her too. She and the place makes a lot of money, not sure she will get fired or fire herself.

The more raport you have with the mamagement the better. Just remember when you become friends, they ask for favors like calling you to adjust your time to help them out. With Sunny, she will reciprocate something back.

It is about one's attutude whether you can go with the flow once and awhile. Both side have opposing views.

Wayne, the issue is that not everyone WANTS to be friends with them and invite them into our lives. I for one don't. I don't do it at the restaurants I frequent, or at my dry cleaners, or at the golf course for my tee times. I just call these places, make arrangements, and they are honored (just like magic). I don't need or want to sit and make friends with them just so I'll have a better experience. If they don't honor their time commitments, I just move on to others, like I do in the AMP or any other service providers. If I made an appointment for 11am, it was confirmed and I am there at 11am, I don't give a fuck about anyone's "opposing view", they have broken the contract and betrayed a societal norm. In a "real" business this would call for "making it up to the customer", not for me to try to make friends with the manager so I would have a better experience next time.

Many times, I've tried to to get to know Happy & Sunny. They gave me the ' you good Customer, you so nice, you tip good, you see new girl, please just take this girl this time instead.' It never turned into '1 time', as I still got B&S'd, upon arrival. Since I had a distance to go, I always called the day before, & again, before I left my home in the AM to confirm appt, & still got B&S'd on arrival. I used to do many 4 hands, & I never, ever received the 2 girls I requested. Yes, I would go with the flow many times, & only because of the distance I travelled, However, I never recall receiving any perks, or calls to adjust my time from either Happy or Sunny for the adjustments I would make? Total bullspit to defend B&S.
