Physical Description: Pretty girl with a nice body and friendly disposition. Easy setup. Kind of a run down building but it’s quiet and discreet with no sign. I pay $50 for 30 minutes plus tip which varies with performance and attitude. They had a Jessica who was great and very open minded but she’s not available anymore. I think they have 2 locations but I’ve only been to this one. Not great but not bad and they don’t hound you up front about a tip. Cleanliness could be better but not terrible. I don’t know if there’s a table shower.

This place is affiliated with another location on 41st and Madison. Regarding 54 Spa, there is a sign on the wall that says ACCUPRERSSURE outside the building where the buzzer is as well as on the window canopies that are visible from 2nd Ave looking east. As Rocky stated, the building is run down and the spa ( if you can call it that) is a dump. I have peeked into the "shower room" and was totally skeeved from the mold and mildew smell. The rooms are very small, complete with table, mirror, hangars and a chair. Linens are clean from my experience. There are window unit AC's and oil, tissues, alcohol, etc. are stored on the window sill. What makes this place dangerous is the lack of screening - anyone can walk in and start trouble. I've heard commotion happening in the adjacent room which was probably from an irate/drunk monger. The talent is hit or miss and a full menu is available, although I never went the distance. Outside in the common area there is a room that is cordoned off with a curtain. I've taken a look inside to say hello and there was a mattress on the floor upon which the provider was sitting on. There is a washing machine near the entrance. I have not been back to this place in a while and probably never will. Too dumpy and too much of a risk. Lana soapy massage was previously very close to this place....
