I've been here a number of times and never had this experience, but this is enough to make me avoid any extras at this time. Linda's massage is solid enough that I'll take that by itself, but damn...smh, gotta find a new regular or retire I guess.

It was about 8pm on a Friday.
I don't know if they ran out of clean laundry but it rubbed me the wrong way after being rubbed in the best possible way.
Good to know that that's not their usual M.O..

Yeah, I really like this place and I hope that situation never happens again. Haven't been there since reading your review, mainly bc I think I'm retiring. Might have to have one final visit with Linda though.
