I was just at 9 VIP yesterday and saw seven. Has a great time. On my way from the shower to the room I saw a very good looking girl, not sure if it was Honey, Momo or someone else but she looked really good. Really nice top. I agree with your review, the service level there isn't as consistent as it once was. On top of that, some of the girls are more relaxed with the masks in the room and others keep there masks on the entire time and require the same of the customer. The mama keeps telling me things are slow and business isn't great. The Philly market is very competitive and "just ok" isn't going to cut it when you have AZN, Saigon, Sun, EPM, etc. I like 9 VIP but I am reluctant to try new girls there because the quality of service differs a lot between providers.

agreed 100%, it seems like they always give you a girl and save a better or younger looking girl to walk by you to make you want to come back. I don't know if this is coincidence or planned out but almost every time i go, i see hotter girls just walking around. I think im just sticking to AZN or EPM from now on. This place used to be very good and love the way they respect your privacy by not letting you cross paths with other people.
