I was with Lisa at 98 Mott Wednesday afternoon. I have no idea what this story is about. I'll post my review in a few days. 98 Mott 6th floor is open and operating.

Yes. I think you’re right. It didn’t make sense. But Lily could walk him around the corner to their new spot which heartell ain’t the cleanest. I’ve only spoken to Lisa once since she got ba k but she didn’t tell me they were closing. So I agree. He’s talking about Lily.

This review is odd in many ways. However I think you nailed it that he's talking about Lily not Lisa. Floppy C's doesn't fit her description but $.5 meets Lily's price structure. 10 minute walk doesn't add up, her "secret" place is very close to 98.
