Each apartment is different. If it’s the one with multiple rooms or one that he’s shuttling girls in and out it will be a mess. If you get a girl that has her own apt for the day they tend to keep it clean, bring towels, etc.

Jay does not clean the apartments, so it really depends on the girl, mostly if you see the girl, she is there for 24 hours as many days she is on, Jay let them stay for no charge, , so it's her responsibility to clean and keep it clean, i was at east side twice in the same room with 2 different girls, it was such a difference i couldn't believe it, the 2nd girl told me she did a scrubbing and cleaning, Jay will supply with cleaning materials if they ask , i suggests maybe when you schedule a meeting tell jay to tell girl, you dont like a mess, so she will get her ass together and clean.

The apartment on the west side was filfthy. The room we used was the size of a closet and no lights. Had to use our telephones as flashlights today

Some people run their business different than other thouse girls get to stay there for free, in the city if they would need to get a nite sleep in a hotel, where the charge can be up to 300 or higher per night there is no reason, the girls can clean their own s __t

Many of the girls slept over at GC too, and they had the cleaning lady there to clean the room after every client. It can be done -- without raising rates on clients.

In general if the girl takes care from her stuff, her body and cloth are clean too, so i don't mind this setting, if she is messy, i usually don't repeat, at GC they told the girls if they are gonna sleep over in the room where they use for clients, they had to make sure it is spotless, and at GC, they had a manager on duty, the girls mostly who stayed over didn't got along with the manager, they used to tell me she is bitchy, i guess she was on top of them. i do remember the room where the girls kept the luggage and ate it was a zoo there . just a note Anastasia room was spotless and huge , and she was on the west side.

And yes, I remember her having a rep as a bit of a hardass with the girls.
But TBH, her and I got along fantastically! She expected a hug and kiss from me every time I saw her.
And waiting there was not so bad, what with TV and 1 or 2 Coronas.
Miss it! Everything I like eventually goes away...
