What are everyone’s thoughts on declining BBJ for only HJ? BBJ sounds nice but always scares me from a STD perspective. CBJ is worse than a good HJ in my experience.

Amie will definitely help you in this regard. Her “milking table” should be taken very literally. She milks you out dry. As for the sensation I can only describe it as a floating cloud of pleasure, Very different then getting serviced face up.
last time I was there I got the Hr service and she serviced both on the bed and milking table. Two very different experiences worth the wait and money. Give it a shot. I got the same experience but I made the mistake of not walking. As a result I would not take a second chance in spite of the rave.

Amie gave up ownership of the place after a while and I'm pretty sure you were dealing with the new owner, Candy, who tried to take advantage of Amie's reputation. But Amie was gone, she would never try to tell you someone else was Amie, her reputation is more important to her than keeping a customer from walking.

I only had the pleasure of visiting House Of Joy once before it closed. Unfortunately, I had session with a sub-par provider (Masako) who didn't last very long.

There are none in the city other than Amie that I am aware of, and the only other person doing milking table is Rachel Richards at a far greater cost and I don't think she is in the city.

You might want to ask them if they have the milking table. I was told that the elevator to that place is not working (you can't walk upstairs.) They said that they are planning to move to somewhere in Broadway. Not sure if it is going to be in midtown or downtown.
