Do you tip when you get shitty service at a restaurant? I don’t. Same applies here. I’m under no obligation to tip. Perhaps she won’t short the next guy. Maybe she will put more effort in for the next guy. This is a problem in my eyes. We just blindly tip even if it’s bad. It’s a business transaction. Sometime business can be cold.

I did and there were conflicting reviews. I didn’t go expecting anything. I only asked and didn’t want what was offered. It was something to try as it was new to me.
