Nothing to elaborate on. I'm not positive, but I believe that Apple at Pure Bliss is also Lukia at ANHC.
A lot of these girls work at multiple locations. Some keep the same name everywhere they go, others change their name from place to place.

I think not because Lukia at ANHC has large bolt-ons whereas Apple is described as having a B cup.
