Would you say she lived there full time? or do you think it was an AirBnb, which can also be furnished well?

The reason I ask is if it was her place, then she could make a repeat appearance for some quick cash again. If she was visiting, then she might not be back at all.

It's hard to say, Here was the layout. One of those divider walls in the living area. One rooms door was open, and looked like a sofa with red lights, which is where I initially going, but I was directed to the other direction which had a curtain and separate door. Two room apartment with living area in the center.
The weird thing was two of those 5 gallon Gatorade type water coolers on what was probably a fold out table.
On the other side of the room separator there seemed to be a lot of stuff. I wasn't really trying to scope it out, so sorry about lack of finer details.
All in all, it's strange for a lady to do this in her full-time place, or at least the risk goes up significantly. I've seen it several times before, but they were more experienced providers.
