The huge fan base is because her body type is singular, and it matches a pretty face and nice attitude. With limits, of course - she's been doing this long enough that it's a job for her and nothing more.
I don't know of another slim/stacked/natural Asian lady in the US with her proportions. Also notable is the fact that she's never had any knife-based surgical work done - no lipo, lift, tattoos, etc.
While there are a number of ladies in Asia that can match that description, I'm not sure another exists in North America - at least not one that has been a consistent provider for over a decade and is relatively easy to find.
Of course, happy for somebody to prove my above statements wrong.

Respectfully, brotha, I'm gonna have to emphatically disagree. Though she doesn't like it too rough, I've had plenty of touch with the girls. And her service... though limited, is VERY far from lame. C'mon man, I certainly wouldn't have reviewed her so highly, and repeated to the degree I have, if it was.
Her unicorn cup size (against a relatively slender frame) is but one aspect of what constitutes Arie's greatness.
