When you say the strip is sketchy, do you mean unsafe? Sketchy people loitering? Other questionable storefronts? Karen’s and bothered residents giving side eye?

Also how’s privacy inside the spa? Full closed off rooms? Can you hear other mongers having fun or could they hear you?

if you look it up on google maps, it's small. barely any parking. The spa reserved two spots in front of their door with little signs, which isn't obvious at all. I parked a little further down. A gas station next door with zero parking and i forget what was next door on the other side, but no parking there either. The neighborhood isn't exactly bad, but not nice either. They close at 9 or 930p, so you're not going to be there late at night anyway, which is probably why they close at that time. I couldn't figure how to get around back, but if you did find a spot in back, I didn't see a way to get to the front door without walking around the block.

I went to try it out from all the reviews, it's nice once you're inside. Girls are nice and talented. I'm not thrilled with CBJ so my fav is still a bbbj place. Girl I had said they are told to do a good massage, which is nice instead of jumping into the action first. Closed rooms with door. not sure how thick the walls are but I'm betting not sound proof, so don't embarrass your self.

Thanks for the intel! Google mapped it and yeaaa it’s an odd one. Gonna use a rideshare to get around so hopefully that solves most of it.
