Sometimes booking too far ahead is a bad thing - best to book as close to the appointment as possible - day before you need to call again that morning - same day confirmation generally gets you what you want

Is always interesting to me that so many guys talk about height. I am more concerned about proportion. Most of the time the lady is either on her knee or flat on the table anyway. So a couple of inches don’t really make a difference to me.
