As an FYI, this is yet another place with poor management. They just allowed a customer to show up 30 minutes late and keep his full hour, blocking my appointment. They do not appear to be venal - they offered a reasonable form of compensation which I may consider - just poorly organized.

This is why Kim/GGR are treasures.
