Sunny is on vacation. Mina and Nina are a blast. I think I like Nina more though

On Tuesday I called for an appointment with Sonny. Was told okay and when I arrived I was met by Mina. She told me Sonny won’t return until the end of March. Mina asked if I wanted her services and I agreed since I’d seen her before. I enjoy her techniques but at 35 minutes into the session, she said other customers were waiting. I told her she was shorting me and she gave me the old “next time I’ll do better”. There won’t be a next time with her.

I feel the OP's frustration. I must be lucky with Sunny recently. I would return repeatedly as long as Sunny is there.

That's just BS ... IMHO. How is it that other customers waiting is our problem?!?! Tough sh#t! Let them wait until you are done or tell them to come back or here is a novel idea ... maybe schedule your customers in time slots so that you know when the next available time is for your workers. It's not rocket science ... no, it's just plain greed. You paid for the hour and you should get what you paid for. If you buy the last loaf of bread in the store and someone else comes in behind you and needs bread too, does the store take half of your loaf and give it to the other person who needs bread and then charge both of the customers the full amount? Hell no!!! That's actually criminal! Woops ... didn't mean to use that word, lol.

Well, I agree 100%. But the market must decide. That is why I don't tip up front. If I get shorted, for whatever reason, the tip is appropriately shorted. Then the providers and the mms can hash it out. But in this business, it IS what the market will bear. When the demand outstrips the supply, the customer gets screwed !!!
