I think it's because they don't have fully enclosed rooms. So if another jon comes in, they would pretty much hear everything.

Like, a kid selling Girls Scout Cookies who goes home and tells mom.
That door sure wasn't locked when I'd went on a random Sunday afternoon - Which saves me from waiting to be buzzed in off of a semi-busy intersection in an area where I may be recognized.
The downside is anyone can just walk right tf in.


There WAS an R-LMP/FH type of spot on Blondell some years back (SpaHunters Days), but it didn't last. Wish they'd give that another go...
