Unfortunately Father Time has a way of sneaking up on all of us, and what was once a huge blast from the younger cannon , turns into a smaller dribble from the old cannon. Of course a healthy diet is a must , NO SMOKING, and the following foods have been found to increase sexual desire, stamina , and competence! Bananas, Almonds, Honey, Pine Nuts and Garlic! Oysters because of their high zinc content have also been known to help!
as i stated in my review i dont have a blood flow problem. i run about 5 miles a day lift weights eat well and take supplements. yesterday i had a nice young korean crotch in my face as she was sucking away but again she had to tease . a shower with a massage just isnt enough to get me going and you know it never was. also strong erections during sleep and just before you wake also prove blood flow which i get. jen was just not getting me off also the situation leading to the session wasnt great read the beginning of me review again.
