I had a similar experience here as the OP with a different girl. I wrote a review...
If there is any extra available here, I would def go back.
But I got zero clues/hints/indications.
The massage had zero teasing, and she was careful not to brush any areas that might hint anything.
I didn't even see the usual roll of paper towels or baby wipes or alcohol spray or anything of the sort.

Places like this are very savy. They will suggest they provide, lure you in, keep you hopeful for the next visit for a HE.
The 4th visit sounds about right til they get to know you and provide the HE. Like 4 straight weeks in a row. After that I imagine its a smoother transaction. If this place is convenient and you don't mind the investment in time then it may be worth it . IMHO.
