Sorry, their knowledge of English is limited. But I have seen non Asians there getting their haircut. Shampoo is another $5.

I don't know about Cici but Mimi offers FS. I don't know if she does for everyone or maybe only those she connects with. The first time I saw Mimi we really clicked and I requested FS. She said "no condoms, next time you bring" and finished me off BBBJCIM. The following visit I brought a condom with me. Mimi recognized me from the first time and was happy to see me. There was FS this time and every other time after, and bringing your own condom is not necessary. I assume FS is a no for new clients and maybe for regulars she's comfortable with.
