I saw her once, several years ago now, and even then she said I was lucky she took me on as a new customer because she was always booked up with her existing clients. And it was a good session but not as broad as I had been hoping for. Towards she end said something to the effect of "come more often and I'll take even better care of you," but somehow I never went back. Maybe I just didn't have the patience....

Don't get me wrong here, her reputation precedes her and she clearly has an incredibly loyal set of clients. I guess my takeaways was that she's a "long-term-relationship" type of provider....and I didn't have the patience ;-)
