Did you text her on the same day? & How exactly do you access their entry, I know it is on the second floor, but do you go up the stairs from the cafe parking lot, or the little alley right off the main rd?

She only asked me 60 for the HF upfront and no negotiations for the deed. After the deed, left the tip on the shelf which she didn't count and didn't say anything.

It's the same amount when I saw Isabella. Not sure if there was an increase at this spot. I never heard of anything with the donations.

I guess I got lucky with the friends and family discount.
