Wow. That certainly is a big YMMV compared with what others have written about Bebe post Covid

There was no mix up, I had an spot with Anna, they texted 15 minutes later and said not available and pushed BeBe, I said give me next time slot hour later. I showed up they said Anna not available and offered Bebe again, I turn and start to walk out and said are you sure and then they relented!

The only way this will stop is if you walk out and push the issue, also tell the girl you made appointment with that they tried to take it away from her.

Mamasan sent me with Bebe when I got in, but then after getting to the room she came back to verify that I asked for Angel when I called though ‍♂️
In this case I just accepted the B&S purely because of Bebe's looks and not being able to recall if I'd heard anything negative about her lol

last week i called to make an appointment with BeBe. when i came in i told them who i had called for but that didnt matter, pink told me she would take care of me. after i told her i was leaving and would come back another time, she sent BeBe right in. BH, you are correct, only pay for the accepted provider/service.

I think a lot of times spas pull the B&S is to give one of the less in demand providers work. Otherwise they might leave for another spa. Not saying the B&S is right, just saying that might be one reason.
