True. I also do not delude myself into thinking they should be into it as much as that. We all know most of it is an act. And while I hate a /clearly/ fake act, I do prefer a "well disguised" i.e. believability factor in my session. If the girl is too shy, too demure, or too reserved... even if she is enjoying herself... that's a let down for me.

What you describe is ideal but not common enough!
