Summary: Entered the spa and was greeted by Ruby. She led me to room and told me to undress and wait 5 minutes. She returned, took me to shower a brief stint in sauna and back to room for massage. She gives a great strong massage and really works the muscles. She then transitioned to a softer touch.

Yes, they take appointments upon request. Been there numerous times and always pleased with their commitments when it comes to appointments and/or walk-ins. Both providers are excellent. I had to come back maybe one hour or so when I walked in while both were busy with customers and that was okay. Still an excellent parlor with both providers.
