Is it possible to negotiate on screening process like a few references from AMPs only for example? I would not give up my identity and will stick to AMP otherwise. Also, their web site post different rates on general page vs individual provider pages. $$.2 vs $$$ Not sure which one is right.

I don't think they'll take references from AMPs but wouldn't hurt to inquire about it and see what they say. The hour is $$$.
