I do, when I pay for an hour but get rushed out the door in 40 minutes because another customer shows up.

Complaining is good but its better to do it immediately rather than later. I doubt she remember later cause they see so many clients. A lot of providers also think lack of clients is due to external factors and not themselves.

The question is how many minutes are there in a spa hour. In some legitimate professions like psychiatry it is 50 minutes.
But to your point I have known providers in the past who had alarm clocks and they would set it for the full hour.

I didn’t see Joyce ad I was leaving but called within a half hour or so

More than 30 minutes is consider one hour. It's a common practice. I don't repeat if they short change me.

Maybe if they are slow they will spend some time with you after the pop.
You know Cici, and she will always give you your time and then some, but places like this it usually doesn't happen.
