D of V, one of my weaknesses. I'd put 309EV and Green Plus at the northern limit of the Philly burbs. No worries, I am checking both sections anyway, but with Philly Burbs, Allentown/Bethlehem, Harrisburg/Carlisle, Lancaster/York there are not a lot of reviews that should go in this section.
