Used to LOVE Empire. Had a few steady go to's, one that would take care of me exactly how I wanted but she is gone now. I am wondering who the new Go-To lady there will be?

Second that. I hope they step it up. A new, sane, mmsn would be a good idea as well. The one that was there my last time was truly nuts. Screaming at customers etc.
