I looked through your reviews of this place, and it seemed like you had similar experiences with the various providers. Maybe I missed something?

They had a turnover and once the new staff got established, i have found Coco and May to be very nice, lots of experience, neither are shy once they get to know you. I have never met Gina.

I looked through your reviews of this place, and it seemed like you had similar experiences with the various providers. Maybe I missed something?

This is closest to where I work, so I tend to find myself at this spa more than any others due to convenience. The 3 that they have there now are all good. Coco has been the best from the start, the other two started off slow but have come around. I don't go there daily, or even weekly or anything. But the second time with the other two I've had much better massage than the first time with them for some unknown reason. Gina would be my least favorite of the 3, but give her another shot sometime

Jspen1021 is right to suggest for folks to give Gina another shot sometime. I was a walk in a couple weeks ago and by luck of the draw got Gina. My
first time I was there post covid. Had a very nice massage and overall experience with her...one that I hope to repeat.
