Not to disparage the OP, But if you’re not into FS and only CBJ, it probably makes more sense just to do AMP. What makes the Russian places special is sex with these women. I wouldn’t say by far. You have to find the right Russians and latinas. Some are lazy and others are incredibly amazing whores that aim to please. Of course it depends on the individual provider, but some general rules of thumb are ethnic Russians (Kazak, Tajik, etc) are dirty little whores (meant in a good way) compared to regular Russians/ukrainians. I also find Costa Ricans and Salvadorians are much better than Columbians (lazy) and Venezuelans (more conceited about their beauty). Brazilians are a pickem 50/50.

I mean Dina was a Kazakh and she was lifeless. But it could have just been a bad day. But she did make eye contact the whole time.

Haven’t tried Costa Ricans or Salvadorians. Tried a Brazilian at an RMP once and she def aimed to please. Really sweet girl.

But I still say the average Asian of any ethnicity tries harder than the average Latina or Russian. But there are exceptions as you mentioned.
