Well, when things get mixed u will trigger fight or flight and all blood went to skeletal muscle instead of Johnny. Low dose prescription helps, pop in a clinic and viola. Gas station stuff mostly just get u dizzy and woozy

The mind is a strange thing and spa experiences aren't "normal." It's a compressed time period in which to build chemistry and get comfortable especially if this type of experience is new to you. Don't get all crazy about feeling weird in there. In a funny way I think that's a more normal experience than walking in, springing a huge boner on the spur of the moment and having a crazy intimate experience with a stranger who doesn't speak the same language as you.

As with all things, experience counts for a lot. The more you do it the more natural it becomes. I second @andy bird 's suggestion to go to a few HE places where the investment is less and where their whole jam is making you comfortable.
