Seems like a decent and very reasonable rest stop for me when traveling from pa. to Chicago.
Any otc or utc at all?
My ususal stop is Chiang Mi in toledo(has another name now, but do not recall it).

It really all depends on what youre looking for. My last trip i went to VIP Expert in Mishawaka and i think it was even better than Fresh.. still the same level of service, but better.
